Ingredients for 4 people

  • 200 g of cous cous
  • Vegetables or fish broth
  • About 170 gr of corn
  • About 170 gr of peas
  • 250 gr of prawns
  • 250 gr of shrimps
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Prepare the cous cous according to the instructions on the pack but instead of water use vegetables or fish broth. Sift the cous cous and put it in a capacious bowl.
Cook the peas if you have got frozen or fresh ones.

Mix the peas with rinsed and drained corn and stir-fry with a little olive oil.
Shell shrimps and prawns, rinse them and stir-fry them in a different pan for a few minutes until they are no longer transparent. (for shrimps about 2 minutes and for prawns 3-4 minutes)
Salt and pepper.

Cut cherry tomatoes in 4 different parts and lightly stir-fry.
Mix all together and add salt, pepper and a little oil.
When it is ready to be eaten add as required  mayonnaise, pink sauce or a few drops of lemon.

This plate is good to taste hot or cold.
