Here I am! Remember that I told you that there would be some changes? Well, I am excited and delighted to announce that I am the testimonial of Gio Style.

I’m sure  that you know all those accessories for picnic that were used for trips outside the city. I remember that on Sunday morning we loaded our car with the collbox to keep the food fresh, dishes, cutlery and glasses.

Blankets to sit quietly in the meadows, the ball that was never missing and all sorts of other things that were used to spend a pleasant day.

This brand  has created interesting ranges of outdoor and indoor. All in the name of the color, practicality and happy atmosphere. In the coming months I will propose you recipes with interesting ideas to use these items.

As soon as I’ve seen the ForMe bowls I decided to offer you this recipe. I love these bowls, three dimensions  in many colors for your evenings with friends that give a touch of fun to summer.

Ingredients for 2 persons:

  • 1/2 head of red leaf salad
  • 1/2 head of lettuce with green leaves
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tomato
  • half a cucumber
  • half an apple
  • roasted peanuts (to taste)
  • 1 mozzarella

For the sauce:

  • 1 plain yogurt
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • fresh oregano
  • a few mint leaves
  • 5-6 fillets of chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Wash the lettuce and drain then chop with your hands.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Peel the cucumber and cut into 4 pieces lengthwise, take out the seeds inside and make it into thin slices.

Peel the carrot and grate it. Cut the apple into small pieces and then pass it in lime juice.

Put the salad leaves in bowl and above all the other ingredients.

Prepare the sauce by mixing yoghurt, chopped herbs, salt, pepper and sugar, then add the lime juice. Pour the sauce over the salad and dress.
