Ingredients for around 60 biscuits:

  • 300 gr of flour
  • 300 gr of sugar
  • 1 package of yeast
  • Salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 ml of oil
  • 75 gr of butter
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 120 gr of natural pistachios

Preparation

Weight all the ingredients using the different measure bowls of the ForMe line.

Sift the flour and the yeast. Melt the butter and let it cool.
Put the flour and the yeast in a large Forme bowl and add the sugar, the eggs, the oil, the butter, and the vanilla beans; mix the ingredients and at the last add pistachios well cleaned and drained. Divide the mixture in three parts and on a baking sheet make different loaves about 5 cm wide.

Keep them well distanced from each other. Put them into the oven at 170° for 15-20 minutes. Take them out of the oven, increase the temperature (of the oven) at 200° and in the meantime cut the loaves in pieces of 2 cm high and 5-6 cm long. Bake them gain for 5-8 minutes.

Once cool keep them in a hermetic containers like ConTengo which can also be used as a gift.
